The Vinegar Bottles
Organic apple cider vinegar is the base in which a number of roots are separately preserved.
You can have a bottle that combines all of them (whooah!). But for cooking it is best to separate.
In separate vinegar bottles soak the following ingredients (always rinsed and sliced or opened)
Hawthorne Berry (can combine with Goji Berries)
White Daikon Radish
Turmeric (sprouted)
Ginger (sprouted)
Panax Ginseng Root
Australian Purple Garlic (sprouted)
Horseradish (sprouted)
Goji Berries
Juniper Berries
These are fortified vinegars and can be added to drinks for kick, can become the basis of sauerkrauts and salad dressings
